Inebriated Andy Dick has problems with personal boundaries
In February 2007, people were discussing Ivanka Trump for reasons totally unrelated to politics. Trump appeared as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with comedian Andy Dick, who was quite obviously "out of it" on national television.
Dick wouldn't stop touching and groping Trump despite her clear discomfort. Kimmel tried to make Dick stop, but he refused, and eventually, security guards were called to forcefully remove him from the show.
