For some little girls, dreams really do come true. One little girl in Wentzville, Missouri lived out her wildest fantasies when local organization KieraStrong and a collection of community businesses teamed up to give this cancer patient, named Chloe Booker, a Disney Princess party. She has been suffering on and off with Stage 4 neuroblastoma and relapsed again earlier this year. She needed some serious cheering up.

Her mother, Mia Bell, was happy to put in the work to make her daughter happy. She helped organize the function that came complete with a spa day, pedicures, manicures, and a hair styling session. Once she was all dolled up, the family had a party with all the Disney princesses on the guest list.
"It made my heart happy, you know, I have to fight tears a lot so that was a hold-back-tear moment," said Mia in an interview, "It makes me happy when she is up and active, feeling great."

Chloe came in a dress from Frozen 2, impersonating Queen Elsa. She was greeted by Jasmine, Anna, Elsa, Rapunzel, Merida, Tiana, and Moana.
"It’s an amazing day and I cannot tell you how the community comes to support these kids," recalled event organizer Kelly Wittenaur "It’s just a way for the community to come together for one day to just give the child a day of joy, a day that cancer can’t steal, cancer steals so much from these kids."
