In the film, German Sergeant Werner Rachtman can be seen in a number of shots with a badge over his breast pocket. In other scenes, the badge is no longer there. The costuming department needed to make up its mind!

In one scene, Rachel McAdams' character interviews a victim at a coffeeshop, appearing to jot down notes as they chat—however, the notepad is continuously wiped clean throughout the shot.
