Don't Show Off Your Pickled Food
For some reason, this is a trend with moms everywhere. Yeah, it's kind of cool to see a bunch of fermented veggies encased in a combination of epoxy and saline solution, but that's generally considered to be a design fail. That, and you cant even eat them!
Controlling the Rot
Putting your pickle jars on display doesn't make you look cultured, it makes you look weird. Food is for eating, not for daily decoration. If you want to seem cool for having pickles in your house, make some and then share them with your friends.
