In the 1967 film You Only Live Twice, actress Karn Dor appears as SPECTRE assassin Helga Brandt. Her character ultimately dies a gruesome death when she is fed to piranhas. Brandt passed away in 2017, but she'd appeared in the German film I Am the Other Woman before her death.
