The Great Llama Tragedy
One morning after an all-night party at the mansion, one of Hef's llamas was found dead. This provoked the Los Angeles Police Department (which was generally banned from entering the property without a warrant) to come in and inspect the situation. Hef disbanded his petting zoo, and the cause of the llama's death was never determined.
