The live-action adaptation of the acclaimed anime series will star John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, and Alex Hassell. It was initially set to air in 2019 but has been delayed twice.

The show follows Spike Spiegel, a bounty hunter from Mars, as he tracks down criminals across the galaxy. His team consists of Jet Black and Faye Valentine, two other pseudo-crime fighters. Their main mission is to defeat Vicious, Spike's nemesis and former partner.
