The singer tried to jump over the pit but accidentally crashed into some fans before he could land the second stage. One girl threatened to sue him and his team because she was severely injured and never received proper treatment on sight.

This isn't really Jackson's fault, but she's never been able to live this moment down. During 2004's Super Bowl halftime show, the event that has most famously been called "Nipplegate" occurred. Right at the end of the performance, Justin Timberlake reached across Jackson's chest, but he pulled on her top a little too aggressively, and the camera caught a glimpse of Jackson's breast.
