Fawzia Fuad, Egyptian Princess 

Born into the Egyptian royal family, Fawzia was the daughter of Sultan Fuad I of Egypt and Sudan. She had an arranged marriage to the Crown Prince of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. It was considered a political move because she was a Sunni royal and he was a Shia royal. When he became the Shah of Iran, she became the Queen in 1941. She enacted the Association for the Protection of Pregnant Women and Children in Iran.  

Grace Kelly of Monaco

Grace Kelly is one of history's most iconic women. She was a famous movie star before marrying Prince Rainier in 1956. She died in a car accident after suffering from a stroke while behind the wheel in 1982. Her husband never remarried and was buried beside her in 2005.
