Lalla Salma is the wife of King Mohammed and is the first female Moroccan ruler to be given a public royal title. She and her husband have two children and she is honored as the Dame Grand Cross in Belgium, Spain, and Senegal. She also founded a cancer prevention association and is actively involved in the HIV/AIDS prevention movement in Africa. 

Leila Pahlavi

Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi and his third wife are the parents of Princess Leila Pahlavi. However, she will never see the chance to ascend the Iranian throne because her family was forced into exile after the Iranian Revolution. She decided to pursue an American education, but unfortunately suffered from mental illnesses and passed away at the age of 31 due to an overdose.
