This should go for most states, but only Iowa has this written in the law: you cannot throw a brick onto a highway. Not only is this extremely dangerous and stupid, but this act has also killed people in the past.
The law also states that any other "dangerous instruments or toys" are also prohibited from behind thrown onto any public ground. It also says that you need to have written permission to do this, which is just a weird thing to add.
