This law actually makes sense, finally! In Idaho, it's illegal to sweep debris into the streets. If you're sweeping up a sidewalk, driveway, alleyway, etc, you better have trash bags ready! 

This law basically applies to any road used for public travel. This is a way to keep the streets nice looking and the environment healthy. If only other states did this!
