Sigourney Weaver
Sigourney Weaver was 5'11 as a teenager which was an easy source of bullying. After all, kids in high school hate people who are different than them, and poor Sigourney was the classic "tall girl" stereotype. Later in life, her height proved to be valuable!
The actress is best known as "The Sci-Fi Queen" and has portrayed tons of sci-fi heroines who are strong and independent. Her height definitely played a part in those domineering roles! She's been in Ghost Busters, Galaxy Quest, Alien, and Avatar.
