Kanye Rules
Kanye is an important part of Kim's life, but not exactly essential to the show. So, he's exempt from most if not all filming rules. He films when and if he chooses to. He's made it very clear that he prefers to stay off-screen as much as possible, but he still will pop in for an occasional appearance.
Kim's Glam Squad
Most celebrities have makeup artists and hairstylists that they trust, and the Kardashians are no different. Kim's glamor team is comprised of Mario Dedivanovic for makeup and Chris Appleton for her hair. While she might use some others for bigger events, she employs these two for her daily looks.
