Mister T

Who knew Mister T would be such a hit with kids? Airing on NBC every Saturday morning from 1983 to 1986, the series depicted Mr. T as a crime-fighting gymnast. The series created a total of 30 episodes and had two seasons. Reruns were picked up by Cartoon Network, and the show still airs occasionally for anyone feeling a little nostalgic for the good ol' Mr. T days. 

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe

Eternia, a planet of magic, is lead by Prince Adam. He is endowed with "fabulous secret powers" when he holds a powerful sword and becomes the hero He-Man, known as the most powerful person in the universe. He-Man uses his new gifts to defend his land from the evildoer Skeletor. Skeletor's main purpose is to conquer the leading fortress of Castle Grayskull. It debuted in 1983.
