This Friday, September 25th, if you wear your favorite sports jersey to your local Krispy Kreme, you can get a box of a dozen donuts for $5. The deal applies if you're also a player or a coach. Krispy Kreme has always been a fan of gimmicks and discounts, and they seem to play the game right, because these sort of sales always sell out.
According to the official Krispy Kreme site, you can qualify for your $5 glazed dozen if you wear any of the following apparel: jersey, hat, helmet, gloves, team uniform, referee uniform, coaches shirt. However, there is a limit of four boxes per person. However, from September 21-27, Krispy Kreme is also offering a special Sports Dozen with soccer balls, baseballs, basketballs, and footballs.
