Penelope Disick
Penelope was the next grandchild after Mason. A lot of people were surprised to see that Kourtney and Scott were having another baby sincce having the first one didn't change party-guy Scott very much. If anything, Penelope's birth helped ground Scott a little more... Sort of.
7 Going On 20
Baby Penelope is already 7 years old but dresses like she's 20. Apparently, she takes after her mom and aunts with their passion for fashion. Her and cousin North are the best of friends, too!
