During that time, many of the crew members realized that they didn't even know what they were supposed to be doing. Even if the ship did have 64 boats, many people doubt that they would have been successfully launched.

The Location of the Disaster... Days Before

This photo was taken on April 4, 1921... just days before the Titanic sank. This is the exact location where the collision happened. As you can see, the water was extremely icy and treacherous.
