Banctel's name has become synonymous with modern "Parisian" style cooking. His restaurant overlooks the Champs-Elysees garden in Paris, and his cuisine reflects the history and significance of the dishes that were created near there many years ago. Every single restaurant Caminada touched has turned to gold. He even opened some "casual" spots outside of the Furstenau limits that have, despite being labeled as "casual," earned their own respective Michelin stars. Caminada wants to prove that world-class food doesn't just have to be for the elites of the world.
