Kelly Ripa
Kelly Ripa is best known for co-hosting the morning talk show, Regis and Kelly, but before she got a start in Hollywood, she was a spirited cheerleader in New Jersey. She was a member of the Eastern Regional High School squad and later took drama classes. Her teacher inspired her to pursue acting, and she later landed several soap opera roles.
Halle Berry
Halle Berry was the first African American to win the Academy Award for Best Actress. But before all the fame, she was a cheerleader from Bedford High School in Cleveland, Ohio. On top of that, she was a straight-A student, took honors classes, and wrote for the newspaper. As if she couldn't get any cooler, she was also prom queen.
